Dirt Defence Ultimate Surface Treatment has been developed using a short chain perfluorinated polymer technology and is a major step forward in stone and concrete sealers. Suitable for internal and external use.
Optimum Surface Treatment has been developed using short chain
perfluorinated-polymer technology, a major step forward in stone and
concrete sealers. This formulation is a technically advanced, dual hybrid
perfluroinated impregnator, to provide excellent stain resistance with long
lasting protection against weathering. Suitable for internal and external use.
Provides a waterproof, breathable transparent, durable seal which can be
used on natural stone (including honed and tumbled stone), concrete and
block paving
- Ideal application temperature should be between 5ºc and 25ºc. Do not apply during rain, frost or when surface and air temperature is below 5ºc
- Apply generous even coat with a brush, long pile roller or low pressure spray. (one generous coat is sufficient for surfaces with a low-medium porosity. For more porous surfaces apply a second coat whilst the surface remains damp from the first coat - must be wet on wet.)
- Avoid pooling, by mopping up excess product.
- Apply a further even, wet coat to the point of saturation, once the first coat has started to soak in. This method gives deeper penetration into the substrate. Allow the product to cure for 24 hours before subjecting to light use. For heavy use allow up to 7 days for the surface to reach optimum performance
- Penetrates and seals to give the highest levels of protection.
- Allows stone to ‘breathe’.
- Invisible when dry.
- Excellent repellent of oil, grease and water.
- Superb anti-stain properties with a strong resistance to dirt and grime.
- Restricts moss growth, algae and other natural contaminates.
- Water based - safer to use whilst being hard wearing and more durable
